We envision a community free from child abuse.

Each year, more than 4,000 reports of abuse or neglect are made here in Collin County. Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization providing hope to children and families victimized by child abuse. Our proven approach brings experts together under one roof to ensure safety and justice for children. We are the only agency in our community offering services critical to healing, free for life.

Mission

The mission of Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County is to provide safety, healing, and justice to children victimized by abuse or neglect in our community.

Needs

For over 30 years we have provided life-changing services to children and families victimized by abuse. As the population of Collin County continues to increase, the need for our services does too. To meet that need we have opened a second, full-service facility in McKinney (The Speese Campus) to provide better access for our clients in the northern part of our community.

Become an advocate by learning about the Center—who we are, what we do, and how we serve children and families in our community. A tour is a great place to start!

Volunteer, share and like our posts on social media, donate new items to the Rainbow Room and support our special projects.

Provide critical funds that allow us to continue providing safety, healing, and justice for the 4,000+ children and families in Collin County we serve every year.

Exemplifying the highest level of stewardship, the Center has received a rating of four stars on Charity Navigator, the nation’s leading charity evaluator, for twelve consecutive years; a distinction achieved by only 1% of the more than 1.5 million charities in the United States.

We strive to be good stewards of your donations - hence 80% of funds generated go towards our programs. Please help us continue to provide safety, healing, and justice to the children in Collin County by donating funds required to provide a safe, child-friendly place, and a strong multi-disciplinary team that rallies around our most vulnerable - the children of Collin County.

Equity Statement

We value the visible and invisible qualities and unique perspectives and experiences that each person contributes to our organization.

We believe every child and their non-offending family members victimized by child abuse deserve access to the services we offer– regardless of their socio-economic status, the color of their skin, sexual orientation, gender identity or other factors that contribute to inequity.

We commit to providing a space that is welcoming, safe, respectful, equitable, and inclusive for all clients, staff, and partners.
