Our Safe House will be the only Safe House in Dallas County dedicated to serving single moms in crisis. The House will provide a transitional, secure, and clean environment allowing a mother, during times of difficulty, the ability to have a support system while getting back on her feet. Scheduled to open in 2019, this home has the potential of changing the life trajectory and positively impacting four to five families annually which otherwise might not be served in Dallas County. We believe in offering a hand up, not a hand out.

We project to touch the lives of approximately four thousand residents in Dallas County annually through our
Framehouse Outreach Foundation, operating from the Empowerment Center, is dedicated to improving the living conditions of underprivileged families living in Dallas County, Texas who are seeking assistance to help escape poverty. The Foundation employs the most creative and effective methods available to assist the greatest number of families possible at its disposal generated through fundraising activities. A main goal of the Foundation is outreach for those at-risk communities through education and empowerment of families in crisis with proven outcome assessment.

We provide charitable projects, as determined by the Foundation's Directors, which improve safety, enhance community, and provide the necessities that most often create stability and independence for families.
We encourage independence through education and training for all ages to build stronger families and communities.
• We see empowerment as a multi-dimensional social process that helps people gain control over their own lives.
• We wish to foster growth for families by providing services to help them overcome barriers that prevent personal growth.
• Our services are designed to educate, motivate, and encourage families by offering life skills to improve our clients' lives and their families for generations to come.
Events offered through the Empowerment Center are strategically planned to assist community members when the need is greatest. We provide classes to educate, empower, and provide concrete tools and instructions for living a healthy life. Many of our clients want to improve their lives. They have not been given the means. Our programs offer a road map and tools for those who desire a better life. Funding would allow us to pay instructors, order supplies, function multi-generationally, changing the landscape of future generations.
