Here is a breakdown of how your donation will be used to improve homes in the Frazier community!
| AC/Heating $15,000 |
Will provide an upgraded electrical panel and central heat and air for residents. Many homes in the area are heated with open flame gas furnaces and cooled with window air conditioning units, fans or nothing at all. |
| Windows, Doors, & Insulation $6,000 |
Will provide energy efficiency to a home, including replacement of windows, doors, and adding additional insulation. |
| Paint $5,000 |
Will provide fresh paint inside and out. |
| Appliance Allowance $2,000 |
Will provide an appliance allowance for residents. Not all residents will need new appliances, but for those who do, this is a nice added touch. |
| Landscaping $2,000 |
Will provide a simple landscape plan that includes drought tolerant plants to enhance drive up appeal. |
